But the foundation of what we do is to help them solve a problem or fulfill a need. So, we don’t “sell” them anything. Instead, we help them solve a problem, improve a home or office, or to simply make one room just that much nicer.

We provide in-store cleaning and repair, which keep your window treatments looking beautiful and functioning perfectly for year. 
• Our recently opened new location features a large showroom where customers can see scores of products and samples. This is more efficient and enjoyable for our customers and ensures we can help them find the products they need.
• Knowing not every customer has the time to visit our showroom, and that many customers prefer to view samples and consult with our experts in their homes, we offer free in-home consultations. In many cases, being in a home, assessing light conditions, flooring and décor helps our professionals best determine which products will meet a customer’s objectives. 
• We keep current with design trends, new products, and new technologies in window treatments. We strive to meet the expectations of every customer, from those interested in simple, high quality traditional blinds and shades to those who want motorized remote-controlled smart home compatible window treatments.
• We also offer customers our Elite Service Package, which includes certified measuring and installation service, the Hunter Douglas “Right Choice” assurance program, and Platinum Cleaning Club service.
• Our Hunter Douglas products are backed by the “Right Choice” assurance program, which gives customers 21 days to evaluate new window treatments, and then if they’re not fully satisfied, an additional 21 days to have them replaced with a different product for a nominal fee. 

What Does the Future Hold?

We don’t have a crystal ball and we can’t know what products and services we will be offering our customers in the future.
